1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that the Activity involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: cuts, bruises, sprains, fractures, eye injuries, and other serious bodily injury or death. I voluntarily accept and assume all such risks, both known and unknown.

2. Release of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Activity, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the venue, its owners, operators, employees, agents, volunteers, and all affiliated parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages arising out of or relating to my participation.

3. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage, or cost they may incur as a result of my participation.

4. Rules & Safety

I agree to follow all safety rules and instructions provided by staff. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal without refund.

5. Media Release

I grant permission to use photographs and/or video taken during my participation for promotional or educational purposes without compensation.

6. Minor Participants

If any participant is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign on their behalf.

By signing below, I confirm that I have read and understood this entire agreement and voluntarily agree to its terms.
